Customers can request cancellation before the product is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email with your Order ID.
If the order is already shipped, you may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
FinzoPay reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
