At FinzoPay, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return as per the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
A return request can be initiated if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is defective or not working
2. Return Time Limit
Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, invoice, tags must be included
- Return approval is subject to inspection
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Used or altered products
- Items marked as "Non-returnable"
- Perishable or hygiene-based products (if applicable)
5. How to Request a Return

- Order ID
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if damaged/defective)
